Human Be True is an independent cultural publication exploring grief, power, belief systems, sound, sexuality, psychedelics, and spiritual sovereignty through long-form editorial, audio conversations, and narrative inquiry.
Founded by writer and broadcaster Victoria Elise, the publication examines what happens when individuals and societies outgrow inherited frameworks—religious, ideological, technological—and are forced to reckon with meaning, agency, and embodiment in their aftermath. Human Be True focuses on cultural deconstruction, approaching subjects such as religion, psychedelics, sexuality, sound, grief, and creative expression as sites of inquiry rather than doctrine.
Through essays, interviews, and audio features, Human Be True collaborates with artists, researchers, musicians, and cultural practitioners to contextualize overlooked experiences and suppressed narratives. The work bridges personal testimony and cultural analysis, asking how belief systems shape the nervous system, how art functions as spiritual technology, and how people reclaim authorship after rupture.

TrueSapien Radio is a rogue underground broadcast exploring psychedelics, sacred sexuality, sound, spirituality, high control identity systems (H.C.I.S), religious deconstruction, and cultural deprogramming.
Hosted by Victoria Elise, known as The Voice of the Temple, the show investigates what happens when humans stop outsourcing power — to religion, systems, gurus, or gods — and begin remembering their own divinity, erotic intelligence, and creative authority.
Each episode is a transmission: part cultural analysis, part spiritual technology, part sonic invocation. Conversations move through altered states, psychedelic research, tantra, grief, music, AI, cultural deconstruction, and the future of human consciousness — woven together through voice, storytelling, frequency, and vibration.

The Method: The Sovereign Spirit
My work centers on teaching what I call the Sovereign Spirit — the capacity to live from self-authored authority rather than inherited belief systems, fear-based morality, or external permission.
Sovereignty, as I teach it, is not rebellion for its own sake. It is the practical skill of making decisions from coherence — where body, voice, desire, grief, and discernment are integrated rather than split.
I use a framework I created, called S.O.V.E.R.E.I.G.N., a lived methodology for reclaiming agency after high-control identity systems such as religious dogma, purity culture, spiritual bypass, or shame-based self-concepts.
S.O.V.E.R.E.I.G.N. stands for:
S — Self-authored (no borrowed belief systems)
O — Oriented inward (intuition > authority)
V — Voice-expressed (truth spoken, sounded, sung)
E — Erotic-alive (life force restored)
R — Reality-seeing (no spiritual bypass)
E — Embodied (grief lives in the body)
I — Integrated (no fragmentation)
G — Grief-initiated (loss as rite of passage)
N — Non-kneeling (no false submission)
This method is taught through the Descent Protocols— my guided process that turns embodied awareness into behavior change. The Descent Protocols are designed to create lasting shifts in how you choose, relate, and act over time.
Enlightenment is not the goal. I teach how to become ungovernable. And now, more than ever, is the time for these lessons.
